Goal

Our goal is to advance mRNA-LNP vaccine and therapeutic research by providing reliable, accessible, and high-quality mRNA and LNP products that support research from early discovery through preclinical evaluation.

Services

• UTR and codon-optimization of genes of interest to maximize mRNA expression and potency.
• Small- and large-scale production of sequence-optimized in vitro transcribed (IVT) mRNA.
• Off-the-shelf IVT mRNAs encoding commonly requested genes, including reporters such as mCherry, Luciferase, GFP, Ovalbumin, IL-12, and Cas9.
• mRNA encapsulation into lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), primarily using SM-102 and ALC-315. Other non-proprietary lipids may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Off-the-shelf LNPs such as empty LNPs and commonly requested reporters such as Luc, GFP, and mCherry.
• High-throughput LNP formulation services, including evaluation of lipid ratios, different mRNA sequences, individual lipids, and lipid combinations.
• Surface modification of mRNA-LNPs to facilitate targeted delivery to specific tissues and cell types.
• Fluorescent labeling of mRNA (such as Cy 5.5), LNPs (such as DiL, DiO, DiI), and mRNA-LNPs (dual labelling) for nanoparticle tracking, biodistribution, and microscopy.
• LNP characterization including particle size, polydispersity (PDI), particle count, and mRNA encapsulation efficiency.
• All orders are placed and processed through iLab. Custom mRNAs and LNPs, along with off-the-shelf products such as reporter mRNA and reporter mRNA-LNPs, are available for direct ordering through this link. 

To ensure that all inquiries and requests are properly received and tracked, please submit them through the iLab system. Users who do not yet have an iLab account must create one and complete the required registration steps before submitting any service requests. The account creation process is quick and straightforward, and most users are able to complete registration within just a few minutes.
